The ring is handmade with 9 karat Rose Gold and is circa dated to 1860 to 1865. The gold work was made by a method called Lost Wax method of jewelry design. The setting hold two hand cut "Strawberry" Garnets at .50 points of a carat each and a center rare gemstone for the time period of Yellow Sapphire, which has the approximate weight of 2 carats.
